I’m Alan Siegel, co-founder and equity partner of Demand the Limits Injury Attorneys. I’m a personal injury attorney, a business owner, and most importantly, someone who’s deeply committed to helping people through some of the most difficult moments in their lives.

My path to law wasn’t typical—I studied criminal justice with plans to become a police officer until a mentor encouraged me toward law school. That moment changed my life.

What drew me to personal injury was the human side: the connection between medicine and law. Understanding medical causation allows me to fight with clarity and purpose for my clients. Beyond the courtroom, I take pride in building a firm culture where our team feels supported and clients know they are truly cared for.

I’ve also spent years giving back through pro bono work, fundraising for causes like the Children’s Miracle Network, and mentoring young attorneys. If you need a lawyer who takes your case personally and fights relentlessly for results, I’m here for you.

I’m Andrew Odza, Co-Founder and Equity Partner of Demand the Limits Personal Injury Attorneys. As a personal injury attorney, my mission is simple: I’m here to fight for justice and the success of my clients who have been wronged or injured through no fault of their own.  Growing up in a family of lawyers, I was always exposed to the legal world, but my journey into personal injury law started with my interest in medicine. I’ve always been driven to understand how and why people get hurt, and personal injury law offered the perfect way for me to blend my curiosity with my passion for helping others.

After earning my business degree at the University of Miami, I went on to Nova Southeastern University for law school. Today, I focus on exposing negligence and fighting for those harmed by reckless actions. In car accident cases, I often remind clients that driving is a privilege, not a right—and I work tirelessly to hold dangerous drivers accountable.

If you’re looking for a compassionate attorney who will stand firmly by your side, I’m here to help.

I’m Jason P. Herman, and for more than 25 years I’ve dedicated my legal career to standing up for people who’ve been injured. Growing up in New York City, I was inspired by the power of the courtroom and the role of trial lawyers in delivering justice. From a young age, I knew I wanted to be one of them, to stand beside people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives and help them reclaim what was taken from them.

I spent the early years of my career representing major insurance companies and large companies.  That experience gave me invaluable insight into how powerful corporation, whether big or small, think and operate.

Today, I represent individuals, not corporations. I bring every ounce of my courtroom experience to fight for those who’ve been injured or lost a loved one because of someone else’s negligence. I take this work personally, and I never forget that behind every case is a real person, a real family, and a real future on the line.

If you’ve been hurt and need someone who will treat your case with the urgency and respect it deserves, I’d be honored to help. I’ll fight as hard as I would for my own family, because that’s what justice demands.
I’m Loreen Kreizinger, Senior Trial Attorney at Demand The Limits Injury Attorneys. With over 30 years in law—and a background as a registered nurse—I bring both medical and legal expertise to every case, which allows me to effectively represent my clients in ways few others can.

My career began in nursing, where I had the privilege of helping treat one of the first AIDS patients in 1981. That experience shaped my dedication to serving others. Eventually, my consulting work with a law firm inspired me to pursue law full-time. This led me to pursue a legal career, and I excelled quickly, becoming one of the first attorneys to receive an AV Preeminent® rating in my first year—a peer-reviewed honor that I hold close to my heart.

I went on to run my own successful practice for nearly three decades before joining Demand The Limits.  If you or someone you care about has been injured and needs a dedicated attorney who understands both the medical and legal intricacies of a case, I’m here to help.

I’m Steven Jones, born in Germany and raised in the U.S., my path to law wasn’t planned, but my passion for advocacy led me to earn my law degree at the University of Miami. Having represented both defense and plaintiffs, I bring a unique perspective that helps me anticipate the other side’s moves.

My mission is simple: to ensure clients are heard, respected, and compensated fairly. No case is too big or small—every client deserves the highest level of advocacy.

If you or a loved one are facing a personal injury or property claim and needs someone who will work tirelessly on your behalf, I’m here for you.

I’m Nathan Vanderlaan, an attorney at Demand The Limits Injury Attorneys. My career began as a law clerk in high school, and I’ve been committed to life in law ever since. Licensed in both Illinois and Florida, I’ve handled high-stakes cases across state and federal courts.

I spent years as a defense attorney managing multi-million-dollar claims, which gave me valuable insight into how the other side operates.

As my career progressed, I realized my true calling was to advocate for individuals—those who have suffered and need someone who will fight tirelessly for their rights. It was this realization that led me to pivot from defense to plaintiff representation, where I can use my experience to level the playing field and pursue justice for my clients.

If you’re looking for a dedicated, passionate personal injury lawyer who has a wealth of experience and a genuine desire to help, I’d be honored to stand by your side.
I’m Luis Maroto and have always been drawn to helping people—especially those going through some of the hardest moments of their lives. Influenced by my father’s 25+ year career in law enforcement, a strong sense of justice and a desire to advocate for others was instilled in me from a young age.

After earning my law degree from Florida A&M, I began as a public defender in Broward County, representing hundreds of individuals who often had no one else to turn to. In 2021, I transitioned to personal injury law, bringing the same compassion and determination to clients injured through no fault of their own.

I know how overwhelming recovery and uncertainty can feel. My mission is to be the strong voice and steady hand my clients need.  If you find yourself in need of a dedicated personal injury lawyer, I am here for you.
